King Babar recalls a time when he was a young boy living in the City. Babar and his friends were picked on by the school bullies and made to feel like outcasts because they all looked 'different'.

However, when Babar learns that too very fast athletes are also competing in the race, he decides to use unorthodox tactics in order to win, despite the fact that he could be disqualified if he were caught.
