In Albuquerque, a real-deal Eastern European emporium servin' legit stuffed cabbage and schnitzel. In Western Colorado, an authentic Italian spot makin' artichoke Parmesan soup and their "Rosetta" specialty from scratch, And just outside Salt Lake City, a Japanese joint dishin' up righteous ramen -- both hot and cold.

In Aspen, it's a smokehouse run by a former dentist puttin' his own twist on ribs, and in Old Town Albuquerque, a funky fusion food truck-turned-brick-n-mortar spot heads off the charts with a flavorful veggie specialty and the bomb pork belly.

In Aspen Highlands, a ski hot spot elevatin' their slopeside menu with loaded carnitas nachos and sizzlin' steak tacos.
