Episode 8
Akechi realizes that Koko made her stalker eat a venomous mushroom. Maria appears and tells him she is planning to kill Ichigo next. Worried, Akechi begins to live in the office with Ichigo in order to protect her. He is out with Momoko following Koko as Maria edges ever closer to Ichigo.

Episode 9
Akechi and Maria disappear. Akechi reappears in front of the worried Ichigo. Half a year later, Akechi is brought by her mother to an important event held at a family hotel. After government officials are killed by poisoned sweets and Ito kidnaps Ichigo, Akechi goes to the "The Last Supper" that Maria invites him to.
