High tea could be a low blow for some as Group 1 tackle the first location challenge - a high tea service where they'll be judged by the public - and their rivals.

Group 2 are tasked with serving a medieval banquet fit for a king; in fact two kings, Pete and Colin, as well as a huge table of lords, ladies, wenches, jesters and Group 1.

Olga & Valeria hope to blow away their rivals at their Super Dinner Party but some find their delicacies hard to swallow.

MKR Kitchen HQ

It's out of the frying pan and into the fire as our Top 6 teams step into Kitchen HQ for the first time. The next four times they meet here, the strongest team will advance to the Semi Finals.

Episode 44

Quarter Finals 2

Teams have another chance to go to the semi final. They'll compete over two rounds in tests of the imagination in a fight which tests the strongest relationships. Even the judges are at loggerheads!

Episode 45

Quarter Finals 3

Teams have a third chance to advance to the Semi Finals. As they compete over two rounds, they deliver some of the best cooking we've seen but the strain of finals proves too much for one team.

Episode 46

Quarter Finals 4

The competition will farewell two of your favourite teams as the Semi Final line-up is decided. With one place left, it's do or die as a cheating scandal sends shockwaves through Kitchen HQ.

Episode 47

Semi Final 1

Colin Fassnidge, Karen Martini, Guy Grossi and Liz Egan join Manu and Pete for the first Semi Final. Teams have to deliver the best food of their lives if they want a place in the Grand Final.

With only one spot left, dishing up food that splits the table is the last thing they need. It's high stakes and high stress on the Kitchen HQ battlefield where even the judges are up for a fight.
