A deep space satellite falls from orbit near a small mountain village being developed into a resort. Winspector is sent to recover the data from the satellite and assess the danger to the surrounding area. What they discover is something truly terrifying. Trapped in a quarantine zone and with no one to help them, will Winspector manage to survive or will they too be claimed by the terrifying gift from space?

Junko is receiving harassing late night calls. A hostage crisis goes wrong, and Hisako is shot. Someone has a dangerous grudge, and it may be the final act that finally breaks Winspector. At last, Junko's past is revealed.

Inspector Toragoro's bratty nephew is visiting, and Bikel and Walter get saddled with babysitting duty. However, things are cut short when a police station is attacked by a man who should have been shot to death in a bank robbery and now he seems to be able to fire laser beams from his fingertips. When he kidnaps Toragoro's nephew, Winspector has to shift into high gear.

Bikel and Walter have a third brother: Brian, a peacekeeping robot commissioned by the FBI. In their attempts to create the ultimate law enforcement robot, the upgrades by the Americans also expose Brian's greatest flaw. While on the way there, they run into a little old lady who seems to believe that the only thing you can rely on in the world is money. When she's kidnapped and held for ransom, Bikel and Walter have to shift into high gear to rescue her and they're in for an explosive conclusion.

A boy who loves the sea and dreams of becoming a seafaring man is the only witness to a terrible crime. However, his mother pressures him to not report it. A late night raid on a black market auction dealing in stolen antiquities leads the Winspector team to a former professor of archaeology who is being targeted by a mysterious tribe of Amazon women assassins demanding the return of a tribal artifact. When they use a rare poison on the professor's daughter as a bargaining chip, things get personal. Time is running out for Ryoma and his team.

The Chosen Man

Hisako witnesses a murder on the streets one night, which turns out to be an undercover investigator with the Metropolitan Police Department. The evidence leads to a shadowy conspiracy, and a shocking plot for genocide of Japanese citizens. Winspector steps up to investigate. When one of Hisako's old school friends appears on the list of those marked for death, she steps in directly. With Japan's future at stake, failure is not an option for the team.
