Apple TV covers two very different things: Apple's own originals (a small, high-budget, exclusive slate) and the Apple TV storefront (one of the largest rent-and-buy catalogues anywhere). Don't confuse them — an Apple original is included with the subscription, while most films in the app are paid rentals or purchases. Apple's store is often the best place to find a 4K rental of a new release, so even for titles included on other subscriptions, it can be worth it when format matters.
